Deze sessies zijn bedoeld voor personen die de noodzaak voelen om zich verder te verdiepen in de Iyengar Yoga methode met onder andere zijn technische precisie in elke asana, de kunst van de opeenvolging van de verschillende asanas, tijdsduur van een asana, het gebruik van props o.a. als ondersteuning.
Vereiste: minimum 1 jaar regelmatige beoefening van Iyengar Yoga.
